Our Inspiring Story
From Poverty to Global Pro-Poor Campaign Front-liner

David K. Awusi
Founder & Executive Director
"Poverty is not economics. Poverty is not theoretical nor a statistical computation. Yeah, I was born, bred and grew up in it."
"Poverty has a human face. The human face of poverty is the 1.1 billion people who live in acute multi-dimensional poverty across 110 countries around the world. They are very deprived, critically sick and can't even afford a simple square meal per day."
"That is why, I have pledged and dedicated my entire life to mobilize the youth population to fight the root causes of extreme poverty and climate change for the past 20 years in Africa and globally."
